The kitchen comes fully equipped including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a working fireplace in the living room and air conditioning in the house.

The property also offers free wireless/wired ADSL internet access, a 32″ LCD TV with full DSTV package and Hi-fi.

In the beautifully landscaped garden you’ll find a private pool, front and rear shaded patios (the rear patio sheltered under jasmine creepers) and inspiring manicured gardens of flowers, herbs, and olive and lemon trees.

The residence is surrounded by high walls that maintain your privacy while allowing spectacular mountain views. The village centre is a short walk away, with its award-winning restaurants, quaint cafés, and luxurious shops.

The house is alarmed and has a garage with ample room for two cars.

Auzet du Cap is ideal for families and well-behaved children are welcome. No smoking or pets allowed.

“Over the Christmas/New Year period we have a minimum requirement of 10-14 nights stay policy”.

We offer a small discount for stays of longer than 14 nights but not during December, January & February.
